Welcome to Owl Assist. By registering for an account, embedding our receptionist chat widget, or utilizing any of our automated customer experience services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

smart_toy 2. Artificial Intelligence and LLM Service Integration

Our platform integrates advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to facilitate receptionist conversations, schedule bookings, and query your business FAQs.

Specifically, we leverage models and APIs provided by:

• Google Gemini: Serving as our primary language model API provider.
• Mistral AI: Supporting fallback structures and specific localized intent categorization.
• Groq: Powering ultra-low latency open models (e.g., Llama 3, Mixtral) to ensure rapid booking confirmation flows.
• OpenRouter: Providing robust API routing and multi-provider models fallback capabilities.

Note: By utilizing our AI receptionist services, you acknowledge that AI models generate content based on parameters and data provided by your business. While we train and optimize models for reliability, Owl Assist is not liable for minor hallucinations, conversational errors, or formatting anomalies caused by these third-party AI APIs.

To access the Owl Assist dashboard, you must register using Clerk credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login session.

We currently offer a Starter (free) plan and a Pro subscription (billed in USD or NGN via Paystack). Subscriptions are governed by standard credit limits and feature toggles, which can be modified at our discretion.
